This site and the rooms described on it are operated by The Success Question LLC (“the house”). By using the site or registering for a room you agree to these terms.
A registration request holds a seat; it is confirmed by a person, with an invoice. Nothing is charged until you have heard from us. Prices are stated once on each room’s page and are the same for every participant; there are no rates, codes, credits, or volume pricing.
Seats cancelled more than sixty days before a room begin are refunded in full. Inside sixty days, the seat may be transferred to a later date of the same room once. The calendar keeps its dates whether or not a room is full.
Every participant agrees, as a condition of the room, not to record, not to disclose who else attended, and not to attribute anything said in the room to any person. The house holds itself to the same rule: no names, no logos, no quotations, ever.
The rooms are not therapy, counselling, or medical care, and the house does not diagnose or treat any condition. If you are in crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services where you are.
The Success Question, the Gap Test, and the names of the rooms are marks of the house. The Gap Test is diagnostic and educational; its results are yours.
