Terms
Terms of service
Effective September 12, 2026
This site and the rooms described on it are operated by The Success Question LLC (“the house”). By using the site, taking the Gap Test, or requesting a Conversation or a seat, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy policy. A seat in a room is governed by a short Participation Agreement sent with the invoice; payment of the invoice is acceptance of it. These terms are a launch draft under review by Colorado counsel and may be updated; the version in force is the one on this page on the day you register.
Requests, confirmation and payment
A registration request holds a seat. It is confirmed by a person, with an invoice. Nothing is charged until you have heard from us. Prices are stated once on each room’s page and are the same for every participant; there are no rates, codes, credits, or volume pricing. A seat funded by a team, a league, a family office, or an employer is the same seat at the same price: the payor receives an invoice and a receipt and nothing else — no report, no name, no account of how anyone did. The person in the chair is the participant, and the confidentiality that binds the house binds them.
Cancellation
The Clearing: cancelled more than thirty days before it begins, refunded in full; inside thirty days, the seat moves once to the next Clearing, in your name. The Thirty Mornings and Given or Chosen: once your Field Book has shipped, the program is not refundable; guided, if you do the thirty mornings and send your three pages and the Day-Thirty Reply gives you nothing you didn’t have, say so, and the next month is yours. The Threshold and other rooms: cancelled more than sixty days before a room begins: refunded in full. Inside sixty days: the seat may be moved once to a later date of the same room, by the named participant only; a seat is not transferable to another person. No-show: the seat is forfeited. Removal for breaking the house rules: no refund. If the house cancels or moves a room — weather, venue, illness, or a room that cannot be composed as the rules require — you choose a full refund or the next date. Travel and lodging are yours and are never refunded by the house. Refunds go to the original payor and payment method.
The room
The house may decline or cancel any registration before a room begins, with a full refund. During a room the house may remove a participant for recording, soliciting, naming, harassment, or refusing the room’s laws. Devices are down in the room. Rooms are for people eighteen and older. You are responsible for your own travel, lodging, and conduct at the venue, and you accept the ordinary risks of attending an event in person. The venue may change; it is confirmed to you before the room.
Confidentiality
Every participant agrees, as a condition of the room, not to record, not to disclose who else attended, and not to attribute anything said in the room to any person. The house holds itself to the same rule: no names, no logos, no quotations. The only exceptions are a court order or compulsory legal process (with notice to you where the law allows), imminent harm to a person, the house enforcing these terms or defending itself in a dispute, and the few people and processors who must handle your information to run the room, each under a duty of confidence.
What this is, and isn’t
The rooms, the Gap Test, and the Practice are educational. They are not therapy, counselling, medical or psychological care, and the house does not diagnose or treat any condition. The Gap Test is a self-assessment and not a clinical instrument. If you are in crisis, contact a qualified professional or emergency services where you are. The house makes no promise about any outcome: what you find in a room is yours, and so is what you do with it. The services are provided as they are.
Materials and marks
The Practice, the exercises, the method, and the materials remain the house’s; they may not be recorded, reproduced, or taught as your own. What you write in the room is yours. The Success Question, the Gap Test, and the names of the rooms are marks of the house.
Liability, law and disputes
To the fullest extent the law allows, the house’s liability to you for anything arising from a room or this site is limited to the fees you paid for that room, and the house is not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages. These terms are governed by the laws of Colorado, and any dispute is heard in the courts of Colorado. These terms and the Participation Agreement are the entire agreement; changes are made in writing.
