Privacy
This site is operated by The Success Question LLC. This page says what the house holds about you, why, who can see it, and what it will never do with it.
What the house holds
If you submit a form: your name, email, phone if you gave it, how you found us, and anything you chose to write. If you take the Gap Test: your sixteen answers and your score. If you register for a room: invoice and payment records. That is the list.
Why
To answer you, to run the room you registered for, to send your Gap Test results and, until you unsubscribe, an occasional question, and to keep the accounts the law requires. Nothing else.
Who can see it
The few named people at the house who run the rooms. Netlify, which processes the forms. HubSpot, which records Gap Test submissions and holds the contact system. The payment processor when you are invoiced. The house’s accountant and counsel when needed. Each under a duty of confidence and its own privacy policy.
What the house will never do
Sell or rent your information. Use your answers or your words as a testimonial without your written permission. Put you on a marketing sequence. Use your answers to train a model. Disclose who attended a room, except where the law compels it or a person is in imminent danger.
How long
Gap Test answers are kept twelve months unless you become a participant, in which case they are kept for the relationship and seven years afterward for tax and legal purposes. You may ask for your Gap Test answers to be deleted at any time and they will be.
Cookies and scripts
This site runs no advertising and no tracking script. The Gap Test sends your answers to HubSpot when you submit it and sets no cookie to do so. If the house ever adds a script, this page will say which one and why. One has been added, and this is it. If you arrive through a notice or link that carries a campaign tag (for example, an advertisement), the site remembers that tag in the open browser tab only — no cookie, nothing sent anywhere — and includes it with a form only if you send one, so the house knows which notice reached you. Close the tab and it is gone. It is never used to follow you, and no advertising or tracking script runs on this site.
Your rights
You may see, correct, restrict, or delete what the house holds about you, or object to its use, by writing to hello@thesuccessquestion.com; the house answers within thirty days. If you are in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or California, these are your rights under the law there, and the house honours them for everyone. The house does not sell personal information. If a breach of your information ever occurred, the house would notify you as the law requires. This site is not directed at anyone under eighteen and the house does not knowingly hold a minor’s information. If you write from outside the United States, your information is processed in the United States.
