THE SUCCESS QUESTION
Take your seat

For those who send someone

You were there when it changed.

The sale. The retirement. The last season. The last day in uniform. You sit with them at the moment it changes — and everything you are built to offer answers what comes next. This is for the other question.

Why an independent room

Nobody can see it. Nobody they’d tell.

Most people never get a place to say it out loud, least of all to the people who rely on them. That isn’t a failing on your side. It is why an independent room exists.

Three ways

Three ways to send someone.

01

Send them here.

The site is written for them. Nothing on it asks anyone to say they are struggling; the Gap Test takes four minutes and is private.

02

Introduce them.

With their knowledge, write to us. A person replies to them directly — never through you — and we never contact anyone who hasn’t agreed to hear from it.

03

Fund a seat.

A seat funded by an employer, a team, a family or an advisor is invoiced to them and reported to no one: the payor receives a receipt, not a name or an account of anything.

What you will never receive

We work for the person in the room.

  • Whether they came, or whether they stayed.
  • What was said, by them or by anyone in the room.
  • What they concluded, or what they decide afterward.

We work for the person in the room, never for whoever paid for the seat. Every price is the price. The Clearing is $1,500 a seat, the Threshold $10,000; the private rooms are priced on inquiry. No rates, codes, credits, or volume pricing, for anyone — a funded seat is the same seat at the same price.

If you know someone everybody sees as successful, who can’t figure out why it doesn’t feel that way, a conversation is the right next step.

For them, or for you on their behalf. Say in the note that you are introducing someone. You will hear back from a person. They will hear from us only once they’ve agreed to.
