THE SUCCESS QUESTION

One Question.

Success shouldn’t make you miserable

One question a week, for the life you built. Twenty or thirty minutes. Nothing to buy.

Josh reads from the book as it’s being written and asks the week’s question; later, he sits with someone who’s lived it. You don’t have to answer out loud. You only have to notice what you answered.

This week’s question

This week

The question.

Was it given to you, or did you choose it?

The week of November 2, 2026

Write it down before you answer it in your head. Pick one thing in your life you’d call a success: the title, the house, the number, the name. Then ask it. Not what you’d say to someone else. What you’d say if nobody read it.

The question is the whole of it. There’s nothing to send back and nobody grading it.

The rest of it

If the question stays with you.

Measure it. The Gap Test is sixteen questions and about four minutes. It measures one distance: between the life you built and the way it feels to live it. Private; nobody calls.

Get the question each week. Take the Gap Test and your results come by email; after that, the week’s question comes from a person, now and then. Nothing to buy. The unsubscribe link at the bottom stops it, any time.

Every episode stays on YouTube, in order, for as long as you want to find it.
