The Table.
Success shouldn’t make you miserable
The next decision is bigger than the last one. You’ve made every one before it alone.
A year at a table of about forty who know your terrain. Once a month, ninety minutes with Josh and the whole Table, where you bring the decision in front of you and the room reads it. An hour with him on your own. Twice a year, two and a half days in the same room. Nobody tells you what to choose.
By the end of the year, every decision you made is on paper, in your own hand, with what was handed and what was chosen beside it.

01 · The year
What the year is.
A table of about forty people from every walk of life who have each done everything right and are now holding a decision that the last decade didn’t prepare them for. The company. The family. The next ten years. What brought you here is different. The question isn’t.
The Table, once a month. Ninety minutes on a call with Josh and the whole room. Members bring the decision in front of them; the room reads it against what they were handed and what they chose. Nobody pronounces. You leave each one with your own words back, and a question you didn’t have.
An hour with Josh, once in the year. Yours to schedule when the decision is in front of you, not before.
Two gatherings, two and a half days each. One in Colorado. One at a place named to members only. Both are part of the year, not optional to it.
Between them, a closed channel the Table shares, read every day by a person. And the house’s tools for the year: the Thirty Mornings, both Field Books, the Practice.
What’s said at the Table stays at the Table. First names until you say otherwise. Nobody is made to tell their story to the room, and nobody’s decision is the bigger one.

02 · What you leave with
Six things, on paper.
The Record.
Every decision you brought to the Table in the year, on paper, with what was handed and what was chosen written beside it. Yours; nobody else reads it.
The room’s notes.
On each decision you brought: what the room saw, written up by Josh within the week. Not advice. A reading of your own words.
Your Rule.
One line. The house never grades it.
The one thing stopped.
Named, and dated.
The Gap Test, twice.
At the first Table and the last, the two results side by side.
The Ten-Year Page.
The next ten years on one page, in your words, written at the second gathering.
03 · Who sits here
Who this is for, and who it isn’t.
For the person with a decision in front of them bigger than the last one, who wants it read by a room that knows their terrain and will say so. From every walk of life; there is no revenue test and no title test. Most members have sat in a Clearing first. Some haven’t.
Not for someone who wants to be told what to do. Not for someone who won’t bring the decision. Not for someone who can’t give the two gatherings the days.
04 · The price
About the price.
$25,000 for the year. Or five payments of $5,000, if that’s how it has to be paid. The same price for everyone, whoever pays. Year two, if you want it, is the same price.
05 · If it gives you nothing
What we’ll do.
Come to every Table and both gatherings. Bring the decisions. Keep the Record. If at the end of the year you can’t point to one decision you made differently because of this room, we keep working with you until you can.
That is the whole of it. It isn’t a refund, and it isn’t a free year. It is on you to bring the decisions; it is on us to keep reading them.
06 · Before you decide
The reasons you’re about to give.
I have people I can ask already.
You have people who know what you have. This is a room of people who know what it cost, and who have no stake in which way you decide.
What am I paying for?
Twelve Tables with Josh and forty people who know your terrain, an hour with him, five days in the same room, and the year’s decisions on paper. One price, every seat.
I haven’t been to a Clearing.
You don’t have to have been. Most members have; the April Clearing is where most of this Table will have met. If you’d rather sit in a room first, it’s April 6–7.
Forty is a lot of people.
It is what a table like this needs to hold forty terrains. Not everyone speaks every month. Everyone is read.
What happens on the call?
Two or three members bring the decision in front of them. Josh asks the question; the room reads it. Nobody pronounces. You hear your own words back, and a question you didn’t have.
Is it recorded?
The Tables are recorded for members who miss one, with every member’s words cut before anything is shared. What’s said at the Table stays at the Table.
Some of those reasons are good ones. One of them isn’t. You will know which. We won’t tell you, and we won’t call you to ask.
07 · Apply
Apply now.
The Table is composed, not filled. A person reads this and writes to you within two working days — a short note, a conversation, then a seat or a no. Applications for the first Table open at the April Clearing; the Table seats in July 2027.
Received.
A person will read it and answer within two working days. Between now and then, nothing. No sequence, no reminders. A person will write.
